Who we are
Berberspot operates the booking platform. Each shop is the controller of its own customer bookings; Berberspot processes that data to provide the service.
Data we collect
Booking details you provide: name, phone, email, selected service and barber, appointment date/time, and any cancellation reason. For staff and platform accounts we store sign-in identity (via the configured auth provider) and role memberships. Operational logs and audit records are kept for security.
How we use it
To create and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, operate shop dashboards, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Data is shared with the shop you book with, and with processors that run the service (for example the authentication provider and email delivery). They process data on our instructions.
Retention
Booking and account data is kept while your relationship with the shop is active and as required for records, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to local law you may request access, correction, export (portability), and erasure of your personal data. Signed-in customers can download or delete their data from their account page; you can also contact the shop or operator.
